For Carolina, the gym is more than a place to train. It is where she feels most at home. Originally from Colombia and having previously lived in Qatar, Carolina has spent more than a decade working in the fitness industry. Her approach is centred on functional training and conscious movement, helping people develop strong foundations, healthy habits and a lasting relationship with movement. For this session, the gym provided the natural setting for an environmental portrait series that reflects Carolina in her element.
